Supplies and Resources

Instrument/Supply List
It is extremely important and helpful to purchase supplies that are useful and make practicing at home much easier. There are plenty of cost efficient options now that allow you to get quality items for less cost and hassle. List below are the preferred supplies, costs, and vendors.
Resources

Tuner:
We use the tuner app "Tuner Lite" by Plusadd for Apple Devices and Pano Tuner for Android Devices. When using these tuners at home be sure that the Htz are set to 440. When you play the open strings it should appear on the tuner. If it showing the incorrect note the instrument is probably severely out of tune and you will need to wait for assistance from the instructor. Please do not try to tune if you are not sure what to do. It is always best to wait.
Metronome: To access a metronome simple type "metronome" into a google search box and it will give you a generic tuner on the search page.

Help with Sightreading - Use the app Music Tutor for Apple iOS system to get additional help with sight reading
